I couldn't be more satisfied with SoCal Boys Heating & Air. After I called the company to make an appointment, George and Earvin came out first to assess my situation and gave me options as to what they could do for me. I chose to have the condenser and evaporator replaced. I scheduled a service date for the following Thursday. Rosalio and Gustavo arrived on time. They were both very personable and professional. Good first impression. They got to work right away bringing all the tools and equipment they would need to do the job. No time wasted. I was very impressed with the way they took care with my home by laying down tarps covering the entire area they would be working in. By the end of the workday, George and Earvin returned to check on the work done. I thought that was very thoughtful and gave me the confidence that they really cared about their work ethic, reputation, and customer satisfaction. Everything was working just fine. I had cool air! I wish I could give this company 10 stars! They were just the best people to deal with. If you need heating or air conditioning service, I hope you call on them.
